Custumer Order Instructions:
I'm interested in a workout competition between Rob and Jay with bodyweight exercises I've detailed below. I'm not interested in any kind of "fake" winner or loser. I'd like to see the guys actually try to do their best at each exercise. (If some exercises are too easy, it's fine if both guys are winners. It some exercises are too hard, it's fine if no one is able to succeed at all.) I've listed all the exercises I have in mind below, with details and examples. Actors: Rob and Jay Duration: Clothing: shirtless with gym shorts Scenario: 1. Measurements The guys each step on a scale to weigh themselves. The guys use a measuring tape to take measurements of their: - biceps - chest - thighs 2. Arm Wrestling The guys arm wrestle, once with the right arm and once with the left arm. 3. Weighted Push-ups Do push-ups with the other on their back. Goal: do as many as they can, maximum of 10. Example: 4. Weighted Lunges Do lunges while carrying the other. Goal: do as many as they can, maximum of 10. Weighted Planks Do planks with the other on their back. Goal: hold the plank as long as possible, maximum of 1 minute. 6. Weighted Squats Do squats with the other on their shoulders. (deep squats, going almost to the floor) Goal: do as many as they can, maximum of 20. 7. Weighted Carry Hold the other in their arms in a cradle carry. Goal: carry the other as long as possible, maximum of 1 minute. 8. Weighted Bridge Hold the bridge position with the other standing on their abs. Goal: hold as long as possible, maximum of 1 minute. 9. Push-ups Doing regular push-ups side by side. (proper push-ups, chest almost to the floor) Goal: do as many as they can, until one of them gives up.
